Quezon City – The Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) partners with HARIBON Foundation to engage the Filipino diaspora in biodiversity conservation efforts.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on May 7, 2025 by CFO Undersecretary Ma. Arlene S. Borja and HARIBON Foundation Chairperson, Marianne Quebral.
