Establishment of scholarship grant/educational assistance under the LINKAPIL’s Adopt-a-Scholar project. This mechanism is available for associations or individuals overseas who wish to provide scholarship grants to disadvantaged but scholasticall qualified students in public schools, colleges, and universities in the country.
