The small-scale infrastructure flyer previewed below can be downloaded here. It includes a donor information/intent form that can be filled up when opening the document via Adobe Reader/Acrobat. The accomplished form can be sent via email at pmo@cfo.gov.ph. Once received by CFO, an acknowledgement will then be sent to the interested donor.
